Am I doing ok?
I am trying to lose some weight now, so i have been walking home from school which is 2 miles away, every so often (i do it all the time in summer). I do fitness on a wednesday in the first half of P.E, then i do swimming in the second half. I have been eating more veggies and less fatty food. I weigh 10 stone. But I need something to give me a bit more excercise like fittness routines or that.
And is there any way of getting taller. (Sounds Stupid, but i hate looking small and fat at the same time.)

Getting taller is hormonal so theres not much thing you can do there. The best thing you can do is probably carry on doing what you've beeb doing.

Just carry on doing what your doing and soon it'll become a routine because your use to it, and maybe if you have soem spare time over the weekends you could go out for a walk/jog.

I'd say you need to be doing atleast 5 hours, if not more, of varied exercise a week.
