I agree tbh, if you can't reply, you shouldn't be able to read it.
I guess thats a quite good point but I think the purpose of it is so complaintts can be made without loads of members either spamming the thread aswell as letting Management give their views without it being a trek to find their posts within the 7 pages of thread. Thereis also no reason why you shouldn't be able to viiew it as I stated in my previous post. I guess it's all down to opinions as some people see no point and some do. :PQuote:

The main reason the complaints forum is public is to show are are not hiding anything from users and don't mind users complaining. It also allows users to see how we handle certain problems and that we take complaints seriously :).
