Habbo Staff Wearing New Val Badges

Some of the Habbo staff are wearing the new valentines badges, below are the staff who are.

My guess is that were following the same format as the usa hotel, where the staff members have to play roles on the 'Habborella' cruise ship. Perhaps the badge is only issued to those who's 'working' on the cruise?
