Right, on habboxforum homepage, there is a lil' box that says Welcome to habbox UK forum.
On mine, it is about any questions, FAQ etc.

perhaps get a screenshot & highlight the area in which you mean.
When it signs in? or when your signed in?
Its oviously been edited or you'v installed extremly wrong

Its a Mod that you install called welcome headers.
