I got my phone confiscated today until the end of term cos I was using it in English :( Dunno how the teacher saw! It's the worst time to lose it cos I have to wait the whole half term holiday and then the whole of school until Easter to get it again!
Is it not possible for your parents to go in and ask for it back? Couldn't they use an excuse saying it's very important or something.

I would get your parents to go in and get it.
They can't confiscate things for a whole term :S
