I don't think anyone would code it in DIVS for free. You'll be lucky to find someone kind enough to code it for free haha :p

He wasn't 'cheeky'. It's just a shorter version of 'could you please could my layout for me?'. Just shortneded down to: 'can someone code please'.
I think he was referring to the fact he said "whatever" at the end. As if he didn't care about it.
