I was playing battle ball and this appeared;
I could see into the battle ball room, through that window in the top left, could this be that cctv thing that was posted in the v20 news and rumours thread?

Me, Thrived and some others came up with this idea, the idea for CCTV :).
Must be when an MOD is viewing the room, without going into it.
