Are the downloadable layouts/templates on www.habboring.com free to use, or do you need to get permission?

They are free to use..

You need to swim to the Pacific Ocean, fly to France, then go to Belgium for a court case to see the likes of Japan, come back to the UK, die, and then you can use them.

Habboring doesnt only have free layouts you should browse all around the site.

Yer, i have done, very good source of stuff to use, very helpful indeed for a first timer such as myself!

The layouts are free to use :)
Also have a look around for the other features they offer.
