That's what I've been told for a while, which I'm sure it's true. Selling leased is now allowed, selling owned is but you have to contact vBulletin. :)

I can't edit that post but I want to clarify one thing! I meant to put selling leased is NOT allowed, not is now allowed.

Selling a leased licence is NOT allowed, owned is.
