Need a layout coding

I would usualy pay if I needed a layout coding, but I have nothing in my paypal at the moment :(
So I was woundering if any one could code this layout (Posibly in Expandable Divs).
You don't have to format anything, I just need the outline done so that I can add the rest.

Also, the headers are from another fansite ;) ClubHabbo used aslo... but I decided to change the shape slightly (a little curve at the bottom):p

I noticed your already coding/offering to code a few layouts, so it think you will have too much on your hands.
