MSN down?

I've tried restarting msn so many times, restarted router and I keep getting error code 80072745

My vista can also not connect to the updates service. Does anyone know if there's anything wrong at microsoft?

That error is common due to the fact the host is flooded with alot of sign in requests and microsoft only have 10 sign-in request servers for the whole world which is rubbish :/
