The RvR team probably just havnt seen any being traded.
the value can only be updated/posted if a trade has been witnessed or have proof of the trade.
They haven't even uploaded a picture of it?

their wouldnt be any point unless they have a value for it.
If they have a value for every other bear?
If they have seen the other bears traded then they would put them up.
