You can go to Microsoft.com and download Vista off the site, but you'll need to provide them with your Vista product key (I think). But if you're talking about downloading a pirated version of Windows Vista, then I'm afraid Microsoft.com would be the wrong place to go to. =)
But before continuing your search for the download, I suggest really thinking it through before you upgrade to Vista, or any other operating system. Think about the pros and the cons and if software you currently use is compatible with the new o/s.
iv got Vista upgrade CD but when i put it in it dont work :S
