To make it better add black lines around the holes and the skin of the shoes.

As Zebroid said, add those black lines.
You've also gone 1px too far on the shoe, replace it with the darker shade of yellow and it will look fine.

The 'rips' on the jeans don't look too realistic either, looks like they've knelt in mud tbh :P

Fix the shoes and maybe do something to make the 'rips' more life-like and it'll be great :)

would have taken 10 seconds? oh well, atleast you tried, I guess... maybe to improve it, add shading to the skin where there are rips/holes and add a black outline to the holes in the shoes
