Remove the fan
But will that not then make it over heat and burn out?
i need to keep the fans in there mate, no doubt about it.

check them turn PC off open it up look inside maybe it has came loose? worth a try

You're on the computer too long and the fan is working hard to keep the computer cool hence why it's going so fast and making so much noise.
Give the computer a rest. ;)
