I'll sell the Executive room for 9hc (without desk, boss chair & 2 1 seater chairs), 8hc if you buy with the other room for 5hc. Or 11hc for exec room, with the desk, boss chair & 2 single seaters [someone else offered to buy them for 2hc but if you want with rest of room, you get] (10hc if you buy with other room for 5hc)
