Proof of this happening? Also, if this does actually happen I will be quite amused and the way it seems it is just traffic shaping which many ISP's have done for years now.

@Tawm I dont browse the habbox forums, but i know a lot of people view them, so thats why i posted it. and yes im aware there were grammer craps, but it was like 3am, and i couldnt sleep.
