Can u go on them boss fght things on the trial with ppl

are you on about dungeons?

Only reach level 20 so your choice of dungeons (not raids, these are end game) is extremely limited.

You can, yes.
You can only do DM, Stocks and a few others on trial as 20 is top level. ;]
