Would you rather...

The question is simple. Would you rather be smart and a bit unpopular or a bit thick and popular.

Considering I was smart and unpopular when I was younger and looking at me now I'd got for the smart and unpopular option by far :)

smart and unpopular. when you're older and be successfull people will be licking your ****.

Is this through school? Throughout the whole of life?

through school - i'd say it'd be better to be smart and unpopular, because you're only in school to learn, not to be popular.

through life - of course being smart would be good for jobs and things, but it'd drive me mental not to have loads of friends to see.

Definately smart and unpopular, it would get you much further in life. It would be nice to have some great friends though, but you can't always get what you want.
