not sure how to word the title, so..

I understand how to take screenshots using the Screenshot app on my jailbroken 1.1.4 touch, but some people can go a step further and display them like this:

I don't really know much about my iPod.. But how do I make it look like yours Matt?

I have jailbroke it but I never use it apart from to listen to music! :(
