Hey,
I want to make a poll to see what you lot think... Should i use a RedHat distro (eg. CentOS, Fedora etc.), or Ubuntu?
I will be installing it on my laptop and will use Wireless (Might have to hack it like always).
Thanks,
Chris

I don't like ubuntu, but i like Debian (ironic right?) however I prefer debian to redhat
If your using it on a Laptop then I would recommend Ubuntu, CentOS and all that lot is meant for servers and so doesn't have proper laptop support :)
To be honest, I would say try openSUSE
Well I have CentOS 5 installed at the moment and i just cant get madwifi to work lol ill attempt again now.
I'd go with Ubuntu. It seems more advanced, although I haven't used RedHat much.
I like openSuSE.
But out of redhat/ubuntu i would choose ubuntu :)
They are incomparible imo, RedHat is made for Enterprise uses while Ubuntu is for home and office.
Ew, just realise I posted like 2 months ago in here, why the heck revive it?
