I, personally, rather like the new system.
It seems much more efficient as you can set the priority of it and so they can be dealt with from the highest priority first. At the moment, Jin seems to be very busy fixing things here and there :P

Just go into the forum if you see a bug, click New Post and put in a relevant title, description and then more information on the bug. Then you simply have to choose which section of Habbox it affects, followed by a priority ranking and then press submit!
I added a direct link under the description on the forum index that you can click to create a new bug report :).
