Coding would be improbable and the design is flawed because of this. It's a nice style though.
Nice layouts. You're learning ;)
But it's hard to code i think.
I'd say that could be coded in xHTML and CSS with a bit of thinking
It took you a hour and a half to design that? :S
i would say neither and scrap it, it's a bit plain and boring imo.
But the most problematic way would be to code it, as then you will receive a greater offer for the layout i suppose.
