it takes around 2 years to create one.
i have been working on one for around 2 - 3 years now and we are now almost finished with the server and settings etc.
and we have moving boats and sharks and that he he:p
the ban system works the warn system too:p
even the badge upgrades:p
and ppl can lock there shops etc:D

at the moment the domain is not purchased so i redirefcted it as xeon-forums.com as the xeon-forum site is not fully done yet..
It looks like it has good prices... Wether it will be as good as habbo i don't know :P ( I mean in standards... I don't really go on habbo anymore x) )
