No, I mean like a Zip of a page off of Wikipedia so Ican add my own info?

Wikipedia is editable.
Click on an artcile and at the top click 'Edit this page'
Its then your own page.

I think he wants to set a website up with the design of wikipedia like other websites have done, eg wikicheats and hundereds of others. Not sure though.

Like i can download as zip,

I've tried copying source ,but file locations don't work when I download
