The others are 'Souvinirs'. Each hotel has an item of furniture that represents their country. Maybe to do with a 'Tour of the World' style event throughout the globe, which would be very nice :)

Diner is fantastic, I really like them! When I first started Habbo I made a McDonalds (I was about 10) and now it would be much easier.
