Petals Going Down? And Other Values

I have been trying to trade my petal patches for a few days, and can only seem to get a maximum of 3 hcs, if im lucky. From what i have seen i think they might start to drop to about 2.8 hcs again.

Throne Sofa : 4.3 Hcs - 4.4 Hcs : People seem to be offering higher than their current value.
Pillows : 0.6 Hcs : I have struggled to get higher, and their is a very low demand for them at the moment.
Majestic : 4.8 Hcs - 5 Hcs : Very high demand for them at the moment, and people are willing to pay much more than their current value for them.
