COD4 Connection Lost

On xbox LIVE, I always get Connection Interrupted.
Its normally ok through the day, and starts from 4 onwards, to the stage I can't play.

Anyone know why/of a fix?

Also, whats everyones K/D spreads? :)

Have you maybe considered it's your connection?

Turn off your internet box for like an hour to cool down then try.

I used to get that alot, but it seems to have fixed itself, connection okay on other games?

brenfox has a crap f/d as i wasnt good when i got the game
a dying whale has like 1.01 but was alot higher until my brother started to use it :/ same with accuracy as it was 23% when i gave it too him now its 19 on the verge of 18.

Its not my internet connection. Its fine for everything else, not tried other games though.
