I know their has been some threads on this but this is slightly different. Do you know if O2 will offer something where you get a discounted iPhone on PAYG if you trade in an iPod Touch? Would be great if they did.

No. Well at least I very much doubt that. I dont think o2 want anything with iPods. eBay would be your best bet.
You'd be better going to gamestation or something and tradining in your ipod for $$$ and hten going to o2Quote:
