Additional Prefixes

There should be some more prefixes in the Internationa News and Rumours section e.g

[US]
[ES]
[FR]

etc

There's [Other] for hotels which aren't English. The list would be too long to include all the different hotels.

Not many people actually use foreign hotels from here so it's kinda pointless as the "Other" tag will cover the few threads that will actually be made for them.
