movie forums

im going to use vbulletin to make a movie forums. but i will need a team that will help me build up the community like a couple of mods/admin(s).

i have the vbulletin ready and i also have the domain ready but i will need hosting that i don't think i can afford every month as i've run short on cash and i've recently lost my job. so i will need help with that, if anyone wants to be 50/50 shared owner can they buy hosting ? but it must be stable hosting and reliable one too because i want this going for long.
