Make a 1-2credit shop, sell all the stuff with the last 20-40 do "deals" you can get through 6(big)rooms of furni in about a month if your me...

So yeah, do that and spend it on stuff you acctually do want.

I Always give away my spare furni and then a few weeks later i want to do a room or need the furni to get credits for something etc and need the exact furni that i had just given away to do so.
If you really do want to do something with it all though, you could make lots of different themed rooms or as suggest above.. a maze.
