he probably means like.. reboot it with the CD to reload the operating system or something.

I think the code is on the side of your tower?
Not sure about that one though...if not try the casing for the reboot disk.

Reboot is restarting it ie turning it on then turning it off :D

if ur using a dell, hold F8 key in startup. it will force it to startup with the boot menu.
