Not bad, Navigation bar is too bright for my liking,

Tone the blue down a bit, its a little too bright but its good :).
Unless you're gangster you've ripped the header and nav. I suspect you've ripped the right hand side content boxes too.

Erm.. Majorly Blurry.. I have saw the Boxes on the Right in previous Layouts. Nav Too bright and Top Box Doesnt look Good. Pick your colours Carefully. Then you wont end up using random colours that simply dont look good together.
Linkin Park I do not know how you can says it ripped as all habbo layout look the same :|
