make reputations appearable on usercp?

They have to rep you first, else nothing appears.

You need to have VIP to view the people who have + Repped you. otherwise no name will appear.

That's on this forum not the users forum, if she/he is relating to their own.

Reputation automatically appears on UserCP.

As long as you have recieved it.
