Do you have a holiday camp site by where you live like pontins or butlins because i've heard they have there own tv signal thing that sometimes interferes.

Some TVs require you to set up the digital service separately from the analogue, does standard TV work?
Since you are saying it works on your old box, try like finding something such as a digital setup menu - our tv has a specific button for this, not sure if yours will.
