It would include one bot (the person clicked on) and a team of staff to answer peoples questions better, the people at the desks are training to be staff, answering the tutorial bots questions etc :)

Great idea 10/10, and 9/10 for the alt it looks really cool. But maybe you should add brighter colours to it so it looks more welcoming.
