First of all - You're a fool for going bareback. Absolute fool. It doesn't matter if you're 30 and in a long term relationship with a guy, all it takes it for one of you to have a slip, sleep with somebody else, contract herpes or syphilis.. or even H.I.V.. it's not worth it. I will NEVER have sex without a condom.

Secondly, If you're young this is common, and you'll get used to it.. The tissue in your anus is very fragile. Make sure that you give it time to heal and if it doesn't heal fast or it carries on bleeding consider giving yourself an enema. If it bleeds alot, see a doctor.

bleeding of the anus can be down to STD's too,
it isn't solid proof, but some std's symptons are bleeding of the anus.
