Movie Makers - Ends 30th September
Have you ever thought just how many movies there actually are? There must be millions, yet more are still being made! What could they be making them about? So then I asked myself:
“If you were making a movie, what would it be about?”
Well, I want you to tell me! If you had to make a movie, what would it be about? Would it be a scary horror film or a wacky adventure film? A funky cartoon movie or a hilarious comedy?
Your film can be similar to one that already exists, but make sure it’s not identical. I want you to describe your film in as much detail as you can, but don’t make it too long – it should be no more than 300 words! Remember to describe your characters and the type of film, as well as what will happen.
The film that sounds the most interesting and original will win!

A girl with a great power

My entry: A Girl With A Great Power
Story Line: My movie is about a young 10 year old girl who is blind but has this power to communicate with underwater creatures such as dolphins and sharks. Its about how the dolphin ecosystem in the Pacific Ocean is on the verge of collapsing and how she helps rebuild their ecosystem up.
Scene1: Her parents are very protective and won't let her do anything. But she loves to go swimming and always sneaks out to the ocean with the help of her dog to go swimming. When she is in the water she hears the echo's of a dolphin getting chased by a shark.
Scene2: She helps get the shark away from the dolphin and rides on the back of the dolphin to the dolphins ecosystem. The dolphins have had some scuba divers drown and had some oxygen tanks which they give her to let her stay underwater longer. The dolphins show her around and shows her how their food is scarce and where all their food has gone.
Scene3: She communicates with the dolphins food source which is small fish that have been being caught by fishermen and tell them to head back to their original ecosystem. The fishs listen and the dolphins get their food system back. The sharks have been lurking nearby and watching what had been going on and when she leaves for the day and comes back 3 of the dolphins had been killed by sharks.
Scene4: She goes to talk to the sharks and helps find them a new food source and a new ecosystem to live in far away from the dolphins so that there is no problems with food or deaths.
Conclusion: The girl helps the dolphins out a lot and is awarded by the government for being able to raise the population of the dolphins all by herself and without any help. From then on her life becomes easier and her parents arn't so strict. She achieved her goal of becoming a world athleate swimmer and lived till the age of 87.
