Quite a few you could choose from really.

I would train on experiments to get your levels up before you go for the big monsters.

Flesh crawlers have fairly decent drops

Go moss giants I went to the one next to sheers and I killed about 10 got a ranarr I stay there untill all my foods gone and I got g.e and sell last run I made 58k Or something like that.
