Need shared owner and management staff

Hey, im needing a shared owner for my fansite, im not to sure on the name so you would be helping me decide.

I also need the management staff listed below.

Events Manager
News manager (must have experience with cutenews)
Graphics manager
Content manager (must know how to use joomla)
Competition manager
