Wheres the sound :<

OK! Basically, this laptop is a piece of ****. I wont even bother going into the specs and w/e. Well basically i wanna watch stuff whilst im at my nans house since im bored and right now the volume isnt working.

Ive gone to volume control, all max and nothing on mute
Ive tried different sites and different browsers with the video volume at max
Ive tried headphones.

Nothing seems to work :(. I know it has sound because when i adjust the volume control it makes that lil beep which tells you how loud it is, and i've watched stuff on this laptop recently. Help please. ;<
