Maybe it's just Partners now that can upload over 10 mins.

You can upload over 10 mins but the file size has to be smaller? Or maybe its just partnerships now.

Yeah i've uploaded 15 minute videos before on just a normal account.

Some guy had 2 hours once haha.

Loyalty feature for being registered before 2007, that way you can be a Director or w/e and upload long videos.

Just remembered. I have an account 'Zoqo' and I'm a director, haven't logged in for a while.
