You need to go to your UserCP and check the options for notifications/pm's, also you need to make sure you have a recovery message, so that if you ever have problems accessing your Habbox account, admin can ask you what was in your recovery message.Quote:

The notification system was recently tinkered with so that it would show notifications for both new PMs and new VMs, those who aren't fussed about seeing their VMs as a notification will need to change this option to get it back to the norm.
