Steam Train Blues

Im learning this for my G.C.S.E Music Recording and ive been told its an A* piece and im struggling, i dont know wehter anyone else has played this in the past but on the fortissimo in the 14th bar. The bassline never fits when i try and play it!! Im Grade 7 piano and.... I dont think ive ever struggled so much..

Also... this is just a random music question,

In the blues, what cadence do they use? Because the 4th bar has a Bass F when the last note on the treble is a low G! (I thort it would be a C to go with a perfect cadence??)
