I think this can do what you want, http://www.webcammax.com. One of it's features allows you to show what you are doing on your desktop top.

Remote Assistance? Under the Film Strip & Musical Note? It opens a box thing and allows the other person to see what your doing on the screen and if you allow it, they can have control over what you do also.
Yeah, it's WebcamMax I think. However if you don't buy it, it has a banner watermarked on the screen.
