Strange, interesting recipe idea, need some views on it.

Ok so here was my original idea:
Take spaghetti and meatballs- Change the meatballs to ..... scotch eggs :S and change the spaghetti to tagliatelli. put in chopped potatoes, chopped onion
and use carbonara sauce.
BUT THEN...
In foodtech (or home ec) we have to use mince beef somewhere, so i've changed the carbonara sauce for minced beef.
SO WHAT I NEED:
What should i get rid of?
What should stay?
What should be added?
AND REMEMBER:
i need to use minced beef:eusa_danc

Scotch Eggs? I'm sorry, but that's a terrible idea. And minced beef instead of a sauce? :S

Use the mince beef for meatballs? Then make like a red wine sauce (Deglaze pan for making the meatballs with some red wine, probs put some flour to thicken sauce) Personally I prefer tagliatelle anyway, and it is not much different from spaghetti. You can serve some blanched asparagus and then grill them on the top too.

i know it sounds horrible but i decided to make it and it was fricking gorgeous
