Do you need to do to get the helm of neitznot or w/e its called? I heard its better than berserker helm?

I know, I've done that. Dunno if I can be bothered to do Fremennik Isles though because it looks like a long tedius quest.. Lol

It isn't as long as guides make it look, just a bit of talking & using a boat to change between the islands
