Quite easy to understand, that is where I host all my sites before adding domain names.

free webs u can make a site, but not a good one, its slow and has those annoying tameplets and page limites, for a good site u wnat html etc so u cna write your own page, then uplaod it, voia ftp, the fre host ulatra has listes of plases u can get webspase free
i hav a large lump of payed for spase so i ca just ad all my sites to then and then use .tk etc for multipe :D. but there are some good free hosts out there.
do u use the space on freewebs if u dont i would have use i will pay u in furni
