For a SHOUTcast host i would recommend UKHostingforYOU, They have been around for quite some time, and there uptime is pretty good, Prices are competitive also,
Shiloh recommended HabbosHosting, they currently dont do SHOUTcast, but here is the correct URL HabbosHosting
I sell shoutcast. Visit mr-host.com for info. We use the CastControl panel for editing the info. Hope this helps :)

If you're still looking for a host i've rescently opened ihhost.co.uk, which has Shoutcast servers at pretty good prices! We're currently using Cast Control to manager our shoutcast servers.
